If you still have issues with your focus tree after resolving the things mentioned above, if you can run your game in debug mode, and share the error log, I'll be more than happy to help further. The same issue as above also occurs in the focus "Naval Armament" It shouldn't break anything, but I would put it all on one line to be safe. In the focus "Armament III" you have this in your reward: You need to add a new line before the second create_wargoal, like so:
In the focus "Retake Lost Territory" you have the reward: A few errors in some of the other focuses, which are causing everything to break when the game encounters an error in a focus tree, it will stop loading it straight away, which means even if the 3rd focus has 1 error, but everything else is fine, you only get 2 or 3 focuses to show (depending on the error).
